The blogs and professional advertising photography are all talking about how an artist used a Miles Davis album cover that Jay Maisel shot as basis for his artwork. I'm sending this from my iPad so i'm not sure if I can post links. Just do a search for Jay Maisel copyright. It seems that people are either for or against on how he handled it.
