I'm in the Pumpkin Patch Fest the weekend before in Egg Harbor. I have been to
those festivals now and then as I'm always in Door County. Never "IN" either
so this is my first year.
However - from a vacationers point of view . . .
Busiest weekends of the year so many many people. Fall Colors are OUTSTANDING
those two weekends. Many Illinois/Chicago tourists bring their yachts home and
so forth . Expect either awesome weather or horrific fall cold weather. It's
pretty much a 50/50 gamble. But even bad weather has crowds.
If you go and need a room or campsite better get it now.
