Disclaimer: I don't do art shows, too old, but I have a small gallery space in a small midwestern town. Panos seem to be my best seller. I use 13x37 Red River Aurora. I print to a 34" width with the height being between 10 and 12". These are framed in 16-18"x40". I use inexpensive metal gallery frames I pick up at Hobby Lobby. Cost of frame is less than $30 full price but they often have half off on special so I stock up. No glazing.
I also print in smaller sizes but these don't sell as well. That is, Red River also sells 8.5x25" paper. They seem just a little to small to see the details and are not as impressive.
I have one image printed in the smaller size and it has not sold in a couple of months. I placed a larger version on display and it was gone in a couple of days.
