FINALLY! A question I can answer with absolute 100% certaintyŠ

Buy the Logan Framer's Edge model 650. DO shop price. You should be able to
find it for about $300-$350.
It is worth EVERY penny!

Edward Weston was once asked, "If you could keep only one tool, what would
it be?" He said, tongue in cheek, "his dry mount press".
Right after my camera, I would pick my Logan 650 matte cutter.

Word of advice: IF you use 100% cotton rag museum board, DO NOT follow their
advice to have scrap board underneath your rag board when you cut. You will
ruin your board. Follow their advice only with junk boards.
