Interesting, the banks use was commercial which is always problematical but
the court found on the copyright issue:
"The court found that since it is not an infringement of copyright to take a
photograph of the house from a public place, the claims were not within the
scope of the subject matter of copyright."

Actually I think Larry doesn't want people linking to other forums and
doesn't object to informational links.
The bulk of this case had nothing to do with copyright tho. That was a minor
side issue. And the complaint lost.
