It's probably better to use a long pass phrase, like hickory*dickory/dock
with non alphabetic characters in between the words. At least 16 characters
long and don't use any phrase related to your family or where you live ect.
No children's names, birth dates or anything like that. It is virtually
unbreakable by any level of attack that hackers are likely to use and you
can recall what it is, unlike strange but short mixes of characters. Those
are now crackable by dictionary attacks. Length is what matters most.
