My (old and not very expensive) NEC VT670 projector has separate RGB adjustments, so it should be able to get correct color. It also has settings for 4:3 and 16:9 aspect ratios. I always carry it whenever I do a presentation; if the host's projector doesn't do the job, I am ready to substitute my own.
